Much of the 2024 college football season was the Big Ten’s fully scheduled debut on CBS, as the conference moved to the iconic broadcast spot at 3:30 PM ET, at a time when the competition has literally never been bigger. . In total, the CBS Sports college football schedule included five different doubleheaders and three prime-time games, the latter of which will be CBS’s first telecast of the Big Ten Championship Game on Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. from Indianapolis.
With the season coming to a close, we now turn our attention to Big Ten action on Black Friday, as Minnesota battles Wisconsin while you tuck into your Thanksgiving leftovers. Then, to close out the regular season on Saturday, November 30, a key rivalry makes its way to CBS as Notre Dame heads west to take on USC. With the win, the Fighting Irish would secure their spot in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff.
